B+ Spore Print

$25.00

One of the heaviest spore-dropping cubensis strains in existence — and in print format, that output becomes a thick, dense deposit on sterile foil. B+ prints are among the most economical choice in the catalog, with enough material for 50–100+ microscope slides and 2–5+ year viability when stored properly.

B+ is one of the heaviest spore-dropping cubensis strains in existence — and that translates directly into exceptional spore prints. The B+ print format captures this strain’s prolific output as a thick, dense deposit on sterile foil, providing enough material for dozens of microscope slides from a single print. The strain’s consistency extends to its print quality: reliable, even deposits batch after batch.

Print Characteristics & Microscopy

B+ prints produce exceptionally dense deposits of dark purplish-brown to brown spores in a radially symmetrical pattern on sterile aluminium foil. Among our print offerings, B+ consistently yields the thickest deposits due to the strain’s naturally high spore output. Individual spores are ellipsoid, approximately 8–9 x 5.5–6 micrometres. A single B+ print can yield 50–100+ microscope slides depending on how much material is scraped per slide.

Strain Background

B+ was developed in the 1990s by Mr. G in Florida through selective breeding for consistency and vigor. It has been in continuous circulation for over 30 years. Its high spore output makes it one of the best cubensis strains for print production — a single cap can generate a thick, research-grade print.

Storage & Handling

Store the B+ spore print in a cool, dark, dry location. Keep sealed until use. Properly stored spore prints remain viable for 2–5+ years — significantly longer than spore syringes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are B+ prints denser than other strains?
B+ is one of the highest spore-producing cubensis strains. This natural output translates into thicker spore deposits on the print foil. Where some strains produce thin or patchy prints, B+ consistently delivers dense, even coverage.

Every print is collected in our Canadian cleanroom under 99.99% HEPA-filtered laminar flow hoods, deposited for 12–24 hours, dried, and sealed.
