Penis Envy Uncut Revert Spore Syringe

$15.00

The most morphologically extreme strain in the PE family — caps that never fully open, staying fused to the stem via intact veil. PE Uncut Revert is a worked line that partially restored spore output from the nearly unsourceable original PE Uncut. Spores are among the largest in the cubensis catalog: 9–11.5 x 6–8 µm.

Penis Envy Uncut Revert is the most morphologically extreme strain in the PE family. Where standard Penis Envy caps remain partially closed, PE Uncut caps never separate from the stem at all — the veil stays intact through maturity. The Revert in the name indicates this is a line worked to improve spore production from the original PE Uncut, which was nearly impossible to collect spores from.

Microscopy Characteristics

PE Uncut Revert spores are subellipsoid to ellipsoid, dark purplish-brown, measuring approximately 9–11.5 x 6–8 micrometres — among the largest spores in the cubensis catalog. Cell walls are thick and the germ pore is prominent and well-defined. Spore output is low. Because the cap never fully opens and the veil remains attached, spore release is severely restricted. Syringes are prepared with the best available density, but researchers should expect thinner material per drop compared to high-output strains.

Strain Background

PE Uncut is a mutation within the PE lineage where the universal veil fails to separate from the cap margin, resulting in fruiting bodies that look uncut. The original PE Uncut was almost useless for spore collection. Revert lines were developed by community breeders who worked to restore enough cap separation to allow some spore release while maintaining the distinctive uncut morphology.

Storage & Handling

Store at 2–8°C (35–46°F) in a dark location. Do not freeze. Viable for 6–12 months when properly refrigerated. Shake gently before use to redistribute settled spore material.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Uncut mean in Penis Envy Uncut?
Uncut refers to the veil remaining attached to the cap margin through maturity — the cap never fully opens or separates from the stem. In standard cubensis, the veil breaks as the cap expands, exposing the gills and allowing spore release. PE Uncut’s veil stays intact.

Why is spore density lower in PE Uncut Revert syringes?
Because the cap does not fully open, spore release is physically restricted. Even as a revert line with improved production, this strain drops far fewer spores than standard cubensis.

Every syringe is prepared in our Canadian cleanroom under 99.99% HEPA-filtered laminar flow hoods and visually inspected under magnification before shipping.
