What are your products for?
Microscopy research only: studying, identifying and classifying spores under a microscope. We don’t provide cultivation advice.
How are your products prepared?
Every product is prepared in our dedicated lab using 99.99% HEPA-filtered laminar flow hoods, following strict contamination-prevention protocols from preparation through packaging.
Ordering
How old do I need to be to order?
You must be at least 18 years old.
Are your products legal where I live?
Laws differ by country and region, and we can’t give legal advice. Before ordering, check that our products may be legally purchased, imported and possessed where you live. You are responsible for following your local laws.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Interac E-Transfer (must be located in Canada OR have a Wise payment account)
- Pay with BTC or ETH
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, except Egypt and Turkey. See Shipping.
How long does it take?
We process orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination; email us for an estimate.
Which carrier do you use?
Canada Post.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $50 (CAD), and untracked shipping within Canada is always free. Paid tracked options are also available. You’ll see the options for your address at checkout.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Spore syringes, prints and swabs are non-returnable due to their biological nature. If there’s a problem, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit. See Returns & Refunds.
