Every syringe is 10cc of sterile water with spores scraped from a spore print, prepared in our Ottawa lab under 99.99% HEPA-filtered laminar flow, for microscopy and taxonomy research only.

Working through a 5-strain set
Label each slide with the strain and date, resuspend each syringe before use, and measure at least 20 spores per strain with a calibrated reticle (How to use a spore syringe). Keep the syringes you aren’t using sealed in the main part of the fridge (storage guide).
